PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a CR oscillator whose oscillation frequency can be stabilized without increasing the power consumption of a circuit. SOLUTION: The CR oscillator is equipped with 1st to 4th inverters 1 to 4 which are connected in series, a capacitor 5 connected between the input terminal of the 1st inverter 1 and the output terminal of the 2nd inverter 2, and a resistance circuit 6 connected between the input terminal of the 1st inverter 1 and the output terminal of the 3rd inverter 3, and the resistance circuit 6 is composed of a circuit constituted by combining a 1st resistance 7 having a negative resistance temperature coefficient and a 2nd resistance 8 having a positive resistance temperature coefficient to stabilize the time constant against temperature variation, thereby improving stability of the oscillation frequency.
