PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content distribution apparatus for distributing additional information in accordance with the content of television broadcast while taking account of the timing.

SOLUTION: The terminal outputting the content of broadcast from a broadcasting station received through a content distribution apparatus comprises a means for informing the portable terminal that a content being outputted to the terminal is updated.
