<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a ceramic laminate which is unlikely to crack and lack and is superior in durability. <P>SOLUTION: When the ceramic laminate is manufactured and comprises a lamination formed from a first ceramic layer, having a gas permeability, a second ceramic layer having a gas impermeability and an adhesive layer through which they are laminated, green sheets for the first and second ceramic layers are fabricated; a paste for the adhesive layer is applied to and laminated on the green sheet for the second ceramic layer; and the green sheet for the first ceramic layer is laminated on and integrally bonded to the paste for the adhesive layer, and calcined. Alternatively, the green sheets for the first and second ceramic layers are fabricated, the paste for the adhesive layer, having a thickness of 5-150 μm is applied to and laminated on the green sheet for the first ceramic layer, and the green sheet for the second ceramic layer is laminated on and integrally bonded to the paste for the adhesive layer, and calcined. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
