METHOD FOR EVALUATING ELECTRICITY COST SAVING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save costs as the result of load leveling achieved by introducing a storage battery.

SOLUTION: This method includes a step for inputting data about the electric power received during a predetermined period; an updating step for updating contract demand according to the data about the electric power received; a computing step for computing electricity costs according to a base cost that matches the contract demand updated and power charges that match the electrical energy used; and a selection step for selecting the introduced capacity of the storage battery on the basis of the electricity costs computed. The appropriate introduced capacity of the NAS storage battery is determined.
