PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a product capable of being easily cleaned, inexpensively manufactured, having durability to use of long period and having strong appeal as the product, with respect to an oven toaster having a door detachable to a main body. SOLUTION: This oven toaster 1 comprises a main body 2 having an oven space 3 inside and an opening part 4 at a front face side of the oven space 3, the door 5 for opening and closing the opening part 4 is rotatably journaled to a lower edge near the opening part 4 of the main body 2, further a main body operation part 10 is provided beside the opening part 4 of the main body 2, and a door mounting/demounting mechanism 21 is mounted to the main body operation part 10 to mount and demount the door 5 to the main body.
