PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration isolation tie metal fitting of a wooden housing structural material capable of executing base isolation by a wooden housing metal fitting method. SOLUTION: The vibration isolation tie metal fitting is so constituted that rapid external force can be relaxed by expansion of rubber even if the abrupt external force (earthquake and gust) occurs in a building by using a rubber attached washer 1 when each metal fitting tie is mounted.
