摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alloy with a whistler structure, which can convert heat into electricity, and to provide a manufacturing method therefor. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the alloy having the whistler structure made of a crystal phase with an ordered structure comprises: preparing a powder of the alloy comprising iron, aluminum, a transition metal except iron like vanadium, and unavoidable elements, by mechanical alloying; and sintering it to change the state into an equilibrium state. The above powder of the alloy is prepared by alloying an alloy powder containing iron and aluminum, iron powder, aluminum powder and a powder of the transition metal except iron like vanadium. It is recommended to mix ceramic particles with the above powder of the alloy before sintering, and sinter them. The alloy with the whistler structure is manufactured with the methods.
