PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a composition for the same for freshening and cleaning of a lavatory. SOLUTION: The freshener-/cleaner-system for lavatory comprises a vessel for a liquid freshener-/cleaner-composition and a blotter-type distribution measure connected with the vessel, and the freshener-/cleaner-composition for lavatory is contained in the vessel, has a viscosity of 5,000-9,000 mPa.s at room temperature, and comprises (a) a 1-25 wt% perfume, (b) a 30-55 wt% anionic and/or nonionic surfactant, (c) a 15-30 wt% nonvolatile water soluble evaporation controlling agent, and (d) a solvent for the rest.
