PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conceal the wiring leading from a component mounted on a handlebar to a component mounted in a part elsewhere. SOLUTION: The structure of a bicycle headset has a handlebar mounting member 51 and tubular spacers 52 and 55. The handlebar mounting member 51 has a wiring passage 68 extending from a handlebar mounting part 60 to a steering tube mounting part 62. The tubular spacers 52 and 55 have a wiring path 77 extending between the first end 71 and the second end 72 and an axial direction passage 73 extending between the top opening 74 and the bottom opening 75. The axial direction passage 73 can accommodate the steering tube 18a, and the wiring path 77 is put in communication with the wiring passage 68 in the handlebar mounting member 51 when the member 51 and the tubular spacers 52 and 55 are mounted on the steering tube 18a.
