PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular door structure capable of enhancing the energy absorption efficiency while ensuring the arrangement space of interior components without increasing the weight of the door structure. SOLUTION: The vehicular door structure comprises an outer panel 11, an inner panel 12 arranged on the inner side of a cabin of the outer panel 11, a door lining 13 arranged on the inner side of the cabin of the inner panel 12, and energy absorption members 16, 17 which are arranged between the door lining 13 and the inner panel 12 and collapsed to absorb the collision energy from the side. The door lining 13 is constituted by covering the surface on the inner side of the cabin of a door lining base material 15 foamed so as to absorb the collision energy by a surface skin member 20.
