PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated sheet manufacturing method capable of reducing the occurrence of wrinkles in a copper foil by preventing the slackening of the copper foil or the occurrence of biased tension in the copper foil when the copper foil is arranged on a laminating material constituted of a prepreg of an insulating layer material at the time of production of a laminated sheet. SOLUTION: When the laminated sheet is manufactured by superposing the copper foil on a laminated sheet material constituted of the prepreg of the insulating layer material and superposing a mirror plate on the copper foil to heat and press the whole, the central parts of the copper foil and the mirror plate are warped downward after the mirror plate is arranged on the copper foil beforehand and allowed to vertically fall to the laminated sheet material from the region just above the laminated sheet material, and the copper foil and the mirror plate are simultaneously superposed on the laminated sheet material while gradually brought into contact with the laminated sheet material in a four-corner direction from the central parts of them.
