PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment apparatus which enables a user to enjoy the feel of stretching as his/her body is twisted. SOLUTION: The treatment apparatus is equipped with a plurality of air bags 6R-10R, 6L-10L which are provided symmetrically on the right and left of the central line of a main body of the treatment apparatus along the direction of the central line of the main body of the apparatus and press a part to be treated by being inflated and deflated and an air supply and exhaust device for inflating and deflating the air bags 6R-10R, 6L-10L. The plurality of air bags 6L-10L located on the left are sequentially inflated from one end side in the direction along the central line of the main body of the treatment apparatus to the other end side, and the plurality of air bags 6R-10R located on the right are sequentially inflated from the other end side in the direction along the central line of the main body of the treatment apparatus to one end side.
