PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fryer capable of surely preventing the drooping of a heater unit and sufficiently utilizing the heat of a heater. SOLUTION: This fryer is provided with a cabinet 2 and a freely detachable heater unit 3. The cabinet 2 is provided with a unit attaching plate 7 to be an attaching part for the heater unit 3 along a side face. The heater unit 3 is provided with a heater part, an attaching hook for holding the unit attaching plate 7 and a locking pawl 20 extended from the lower end of the heater unit 3. Then, a slit 10 to which the locking pawl 20 is to be inserted at the time of attaching the heater unit 3 to the cabinet 2 is formed near the lower end of the unit attaching plate 7. Thus, the inclination (drooping) of the heater unit 3 is surely prevented by locking the slit 10 and the locking pawl 20. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
