The device has fluid lines with steel claws that are raised from a pressurizing medium line by a releasing coil. A holding down clamp (3) partially surrounds the medium line or a nyliner. The clamp is shiftable to a tool in a longitudinal direction of the medium line against a force of a spring. The tool is designed as the medium line or the nyliner with its mouth encompassing tongs (5). A leg (5b) of the clamp is fastened at the tongs.
