Constructional element comprises bent bar loops made from a U-shaped bolt (2) with terminal heads (7, 8). Preferred Features: The bolt has several rod-like single components joined by welding joints. The heads are arranged on the upper ends of the bolt and have a front side which extends perpendicular to the axis of the bolt. The loops can be adjusted via spacers on a shell of a concrete component.
