The link between the end of an internal combustion motor valve shaft, and the valve setting piston, has at least two wedge pieces (56) around the end (51) of the shaft with conical surfaces in relation to the shaft axis. They are surrounded by a conical clamping sleeve (59) locked in place by a clamping screw disk (60) in the sleeve, with a conical sleeve (70) between the wedges and the clamping sleeve.
