A method for drilling partially overlapping bores (80, 82), is characterised in that it comprises the steps of carrying out a longitudinal slot (81) within a first bore (80); inserting in said first bore (80) a guide member (6) comprising a drilling head (1) with a pre-set eccentricity with respect to said guide member (6) and means (7) for engaging said slot (81); and drilling a second partially overlapping bore (82) by sliding said guide member (6) within said first bore (80), and said means (7) within said slot (81). The invention also provides a device for carrying out such method.
