The packing consists of two films joined on the edges enclosing at least one chamber in which is located an applicator provided with a medium. Between the second film and the applicator there is a rigid insert (1.0) which extends beyond an intended break point opposite it by such degree that with breaking open of the packing the applicator of the medium is extracted from the chamber by a corresponding amount for the withdrawal or for the use of the medium.
