<p>#CMT# #/CMT# The method is for the reducing the separation area (7) on flow-washed components (1), whereby on the inflow side of the component the inlet section (10) of a passage structure is located. A fluid flowing into the inlet section of the passage structure leaves through openings (13) in the component at right angles to the inflow direction (4), at least partially forming a free jet (14).
