1. A pallet made of plastic, the loaded structural parts of which consist in principle of the top pallet part and skids. The skids are spaced to form entry ducts for the forks of a lifting mechanism of a fork-lift truck. The pallet may possibly be equipped with stiffening profiles in order to reduce its deflection. It is characterised in that the top pallet part (11) and the skids (12) are made as one part. The top part (11) of the pallet is equipped with several covering plates (17) on the top loading surface, opposite to the skids. The plates stretch in one plane from the shorter transversal side to the opposite transversal side. Under the covering plates (17), there are holding elements for connecting the stiffening profiles (15) by force or by shape.
