1. A method of obtaining stable polymerous sulphur out of elemental sulphur and non-saturated hydrocarbons, to be used in the production of sulphur concretes and in securing waste products. It is characterised in that 1-20 percent of non-saturated hydrocarbons, by mass of reacting substances, are introduced into melted and constantly mixed elemental sulphur with the temperature of 125-130 degrees Celsius. Then, the mixture temperature is gradually increased, but not faster than by 5 degrees Celsius over 30 minutes, until the temperature of 140-145 degrees Celsius is reached. Then, the temperature is maintained at this level for 3 hours. Then, it is reduced at the rate which does not exceed 5 degrees Celsius over 30 minutes, down to the temperature of 130-135 degrees Celsius. The temperature is maintained at this level for at least 3 hours.
