<p>PURPOSE: An apparatus and method of extrusion molding waste plastic are provided to have a crushing size required for sorting and extrusion molding waste plastic for recycling and easily extrusion mold waste plastic into a good-quality pellet shape required for injection molding with the improvement of an extrusion hole of an extrusion die. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus(100) comprised of a hopper, an extrusion die(1) with a plurality of extrusion holes, a plurality of interlocking rollers(2,3) and a cutter(4) comprises a vertical diameter portion having a diameter of 2.0 to 50mm; an air cooling diameter portion for cooling waste plastic extrudate in the air; a first diagonal portion for guiding extrusion molding; and a second diagonal portion for initially guiding extrusion molding.</p> |
