A three-dimensioned object is manufactured by forming mixture that contains binder and aluminum or first aluminum-base alloy into green composite; removing binder from composite forming porous preform structure; and infiltrating structure with infiltrant that is a molten second aluminum base alloy to form the object with near theoretical density.
