A method of obtaining alive birnavirus, where the birnavirus is a virus of infectious bursal disease (IBVD), characterised in that it has the following stages: - obtaining cDNA of segment A and segment B of birnavirus genome, - transforming the above cDNA in order to produce synthetic RNA transcripts, where these RNA transcripts are positively polar RNA transcripts of the above A and B segments, - carrying out transfection of host cells with the above mentioned synthetic RNA transcripts, - incubation of the above-mentioned host cells in a culture medium and, - isolating alive, contagious birnavirus from the culture medium. 7. Alive, chimerical virus of infectious bursal disease (IBDV), where the above mentioned virus is produced through a method consisting of the following stages: - obtaining cDNA of segment A and segment B of infectious bursal disease virus (IBDV), - copying the above cDNA in order to produce synthetic RNA transcripts of the above-mentioned A and B segments, - transfection of the host cells with the above-mentioned synthetic RNA transcripts, - incubation of the above-mentioned host cells in a culture medium, - isolating alive, contagious infectious bursal disease virus (IBDV) from the above-mentioned culture medium. 9. Vaccine, containing alive, chimerical infectious bursal disease virus (IBDV), characterised in that the above-mentioned virus is produced through a method consisting of the following stages: - obtaining cDNA of segment A and segment B of infectious bursal disease virus (IBDV), - copying the above cDNA in order to produce synthetic RNA transcripts of the above mentioned A and B segments, - transfection of the host cells with the above mentioned synthetic RNA transcripts, - incubation of the above mentioned host cells in a culture medium and, - isolating alive, chimerical infectious bursal disease virus (IBDV) from the above mentioned host cells, where the above mentioned alive chimerical birnavirius is deactivated or weakened before using.
