Packaging film resistant to sterilization and pasteurisation

Pasteurisation- and sterilisation-resistant multilayer film comprising polyamide outer layer(s), inner oxygen-barrier layer(s), oxygen-absorbing inner layer(s) and a sealing layer, shows an oxygen permeability which is increased by pasteurisation and/or sterilisation to not more than that of a similar unpasteurised or unsterilised film without an oxygen-absorbing component. An independent claim is also included for pasteurisation- and sterilisation-resistant packaging made from this film, preferably for food or medical goods, especially for perishable food.
