An animal lead comprising a first flexible length 1 with one end fitted with a ring 2 which is free to move along the lead allowing an adjustable noose 3 to be formed at that end. At the opposite end of the lead is a fixed loop 1A which serves as a hand hold. Connecting this handle end to the movable ring is a flexible control line 4. In use the handler is able to loosen the noose from around the animals neck by pulling on the control line. Short cord loops 6 support the control line so that it lies generally alongside the lead. The control line may be lighter and/or thinner than the lead. The lead and the control line may also be of differing colours. |
