Method and apparatus for sealing concrete tunnel walls

The method involves the use of at least one plastic strip as a sealing coating. It involves applying a geotextile, preferably in strips, to the wall of the structure/tunnel, then melting a combined layer of a further geotextile and a plastic strip onto the first layer using a hot air device and pressing it against the wall with variable pressure to form a non-detachable multilayer compound system that is simultaneously flexible and sealing. An independent claim is also included for a device for implementing the inventive method.
