<p>The invention relates to an apparatus for cleaning the shoe soles for disinfecting and cleaning the same, before getting inside an enclosure with special working conditions. According to the invention, the apparatus for cleaning the shoe soles, comprising a metallic support provided with adjustable pins and some grates having provided thereunder some circular brushes, is characterized in that it comprises some cleaning modules (A) consisting of some circular brushes (3), attached to a common axle (4) which rolls in a reciprocating motion, on some fixed cog racks (14) located in some longitudinal horizontal recesses (a) provided on the metallic support (5), the axle (4) being provided at the ends with some toothed wheels (6) driven by a motor (7) secured to a support (8) under each module (A) there being provided with a tray (2) containing water or disinfecting solution, that can be connected to a permanent source of water supply, namely to a discharge channel. According to the invention, the apparatus has as advantages the constructive simplicity, the rapid cleaning of the shoes for a big number of persons, the possibility of ecological cleaning by using chemicals-free water.</p> |
