<p>The device has a piston (25) movable with respect to a caliper (20) in order to operate a disc brake (10). The piston is mounted movably in a sliding chamber (22) arranged in a body forming the caliper. Blocking units (28) arranged on the periphery of the piston block the piston with respect to the caliper. The units (28) have blocking masses (30, 32) deformable under the effect of an electric control. An independent claim is also included for a disc brake for a motor vehicle comprising a caliper carrying a brake actuating device.</p> |
