<p>The invention relates to a machine for making staves for barrels, coops and flower pots. According to the invention, the stave making machine comprises one central fixed column (A) and two lateral mobile columns (B and C) supported by some oscillating arms (25) engaged in the oscillation motion by a shaft (0) placed at the lower end of the central column (A), at the upper end, the column being provided with a fixed beam (1) whereon there are mounted some conical groups (2) which support and move vertically a mobile beam (5) which holds the staves, another mobile beam (6) which supports a stave gripping device (D) and engage some mobile beams (7 and 8) sustained by the lateral coumns (B and C), in order to machine the stave edges by using some circular milling cutters (15).</p> |
