This invention relates to detachably securing many styles of blinds and wind ow fashions to a rail that when the rail is attached to adapter brackets will be strong enoug h to secure the window fashions over a span of window where there is no mullion or where the owner of the windows has decided that the window fashions be hung other than at the top o f the window sash or the wall or the ceiling thus creating the possibility of sagging of the window fashions because of lack of proper support.
