FIELD: equipment used in food-processing, sugar, distillation, food canning industry, mechanical engineering and other branches of industry for washing of bulk materials. ^ SUBSTANCE: washing machine comprises charging and discharge trays, bath filled with liquid, and drive drum mounted therein. Drum is equipped with pockets and consists of sections. Each of said sections is assembled of six perforated plates made in the form of equilateral trapeziums. Pockets are defined by successively connecting plates at an inner obtuse angle to one another along perimeter of sections alternatively to ends of sections by upper and lower bases with single sided discharge toward side opposite inner obtuse angle, with width being equal to difference of lengths of upper and lower bases. Each of said trapeziums is alternatively connected with its lateral side to subsequent trapezium over its surface so as to define section inner cavity formed as regular octahedron. Sections are connected with each other by lower bases of trapeziums so as to define drum. Lower base of trapeziums is greater than its lateral side by value equal to upper base. Single sided discharge on outer acute angle between two plates is oriented in direction of rotation of drum and may be made continuous. ^ EFFECT: wider operational capabilities and improved quality of washing of bulk materials. ^ 3 cl, 9 dwg |
