FIELD: mining industry, geology. ^ SUBSTANCE: method includes feeding portions of material into multi-stage plant, in first stage chamber of which thermo-mechanical processing is performed within UHF field at rotation frequency of centrifugal mill - nu1, following mechanical activation at rotation frequency increase up to maximal value nu2, final UHF processing at rotation frequency of centrifugal mill - nu3. Rotation frequency of centrifugal mill is at relation nu1<nu3<nu2, and two-phase gravitation-aerodynamic classification based on density with selection of mineral low-density associations M1. in chambers of second and third stages mechanical processing of mineral associations is performed by ultrasound at rotation frequency of centrifugal mills nu1 and nu3, following mechanical activation at rotation frequency of centrifugal mill nu2, and two-phase gravitation-aerodynamic classification based on density with selection of mineral associations of average density M2 in second stage chamber, and selection of mineral associations of high density M3 and heavy minerals M4 - in third stage chamber. Adjustment of rotation frequency and of cooling parameters is performed for centrifugal mills, and also of air pressure in classification system, ultrasound emission intensiveness, UHF and time of effect of these through registration and transformation system. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency. ^ 2 dwg |
