FIELD: chemical industry; petrochemical industry; food industry; pharmaceutical industry; other industries; methods and equipment of intensification of the mass exchange processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the methods and equipment of intensification of the mass exchange processes and may be used in chemical, petrochemical, food, pharmaceutical and other industries for treatment of the heterogeneous systems of the following type: liquid-solid particles, liquid-liquid, liquid-gas and liquid-gas-solid particles in various technological processes, such as absorption, gas-liquid reactions, including reactions using solid catalytic agents, emulsification, solvent extraction, dissolution of solid particles (including chemical reactions), leaching, impregnation, etc. The method of intensification of the reactive and mass-exchange processes in the heterogeneous systems provides for excitation of oscillations in a heterogeneous system with the help of its passing through a pipe with a variable section. At that the excitation of oscillations in the heterogeneous system at its passing through alternates with an absence of the vibration actions, and a gas is injected one or more times into the heterogeneous system. The apparatus intended for realization of the method consists of a supercharger and one or several pipes with a variable section, means for components feeding and products withdrawal. At that the pipe consists of sections with a periodically varying cross section alternating with the sections with a permanent cross-section.
