A compound of Formula (I) is disclosed. Pharmaceutical compositions comprising these compounds are also described. These compounds are useful in the manufacture of a medicament for inhibiting HIV integrase in a subject in need thereof. They are also useful in the manufacture of a medicament for preventing or treating infection by HIV or for preventing, treating or delaying the onset of AIDS in a subject in need thereof. A combination useful for treating or preventing infection by HIV, or for preventing, treating or delaying the onset of AIDS, which is a therapeutically effective amount of a compound of Formula (I), or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and a therapeutically effective amount of an antiviral selected from the group consisting of HIV protease inhibitors, non-nucleoside HIV reverse transcriptase inhibitors and nucleoside HIV reverse transcriptase inhibitors, is also described.
