The method involves addressing a session initiation protocol (SIP) INVITE request to a media server, by utilizing an address server, where the request has a extensible markup language (XML) voice script or a pointer that returns the XML voice script which is stored in a media server or in a document server. The XML voice script is executed for controlling interaction between the media server and a user agent (UA). An independent claim is also included for a data exchange system implementing an information exchanging method.
