Disclosed is a bone fixing element (1) consisting of a hollow cylinder (2) with n perforations (3) locating in the lateral surface (4) thereof, of a front open end (5), which is suited for insertion into the bone, of a rear end (6), and of a cylinder longitudinal axis (7). The rigidity of the hollow cylinder decreases over its longitudinal axis from the rear end up to the front end.
