The winding roll has a first end plate (2) for pressing against the inside of the roller blind box which has an orthogonal first journal (20) protruding inwards in the axial direction of the roll so that it extends through a coaxial push spiral spring (4) and contacts a second journal (5). The opposite end of the second journal to the first journal is inserted into an opening in a first bushing (6) in a first end of the winding roll shaft. The second end plate (3) at the other end of the roll has an orthogonal third journal protruding inwards in the axial direction of the roll to extend into a coaxial central support (10), which in turn is inserted into a second bushing (12) sealing the second end of the winding roll shaft. A removable clip temporarily secures the middle support to the second bushing. The two end plates are pressed against opposite ends of the inside of the roller blind box. The winding roll is removable.
