PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of reducing inductive noise without increasing the man-hour and cost for manufacturing an electronic device. SOLUTION: The periphery of a window arranged at a case in a housing device is covered with a magnetic substance whose permeability is higher than the case. Further, in the housing device, at least one of the periphery of the window arranged at the case in the housing device and the periphery of the part arranged in the vicinity of the window among the wire harness members inserted into the inside of the window part is covered with the magnetic substance whose permeability is higher than the case.
