PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To retrieve a broadcasted content even when a keyword is not known exactly. SOLUTION: Play lists of contents broadcasted by a broadcasting station 12 are accumulated in a DB 1. Broadcasting station information, place information and user IDs are accumulated in a DB 2 by user registration. The user pushes a button 20 of a book marker 4 when the user finds favor on a musical piece broadcasted by the broadcasting station 12. Operation time information of the button 20 and the user ID are supplied to a search engine 3 via a gateway device 11. The search engine 3 narrows the retrieval objective broadcasting station by the user ID in the DB 2, and searches the DB 1, based on the time information. A musical piece name broadcasted in the time indicated by the time information is retrieved, and a retrieved result is transferred to the gateway device 11 to be displayed.
