PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metallic cladding material which contributes to quick and inexpensive finish of a cladding structure of a building, and to provide a method of producing the metallic cladding material, and the cladding structure of the building. SOLUTION: The metallic cladding material 1 has superposing molded sections 12, 13 at both lateral edges thereof, and further has blank finished sections 12', 13' which are formed at one of both longitudinal edges thereof by cutting part of the superposing molded sections 12, 13, respectively.
