PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of failures caused by the contact of moisture and high humidity beforehand by quickly discharging the moisture generated by rainwater infiltrating into an exterior member and dew condensation or the like to the outside. SOLUTION: A drain hole 30 and a drain 31 are formed at the bottom of a body 2. The moisture of rainwater infiltrating into the body 2 and that generated by the dew condensation are led to the drain hole 30 and discharged to the outside from the drain 31.
