PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a threading device for continuously carrying out burring and tapping. SOLUTION: The threading device comprises a driving means 19 for vertically moving a movable body 10 by supporting a rotating cylinder body 16 having a driving gear A, rotatably to a screw column 4 fixed to a base; a transmission gear group 17 for transmitting the rotation of the driving gear A by the vertical motion of the movable body 10, to an output shaft 12 of a driving cartridge mounted in a replaceable manner; and a machining means 22 with a tapping shaft 40 mounted to the lower part of a holder 13 connected to the output shaft 12 and supported in a vertically movable and rotatable manner to project downward. Rotation generated by the vertical motion of the movable body 10 screwed with the screw column 4 is transmitted to the output shaft 12 provided at the driving cartridge 11 through the transmission gear group 17, and burring and tapping are continuously performed to a plate to be machined by the machining means 22 mounted to the output shaft through the holder 13.
