PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a convenient train boarding state reporting system and a boarding state reporting method, which report useful information to users of a train, and relieve congestion. SOLUTION: This train boarding state reporting system 1 is provided with: a train system 10 for detecting a boarding rate of each vehicle of the train; and a guide board device 30 for displaying the boarding rate of each of the vehicles of the train in sections between stations after C station such as the section between C and D stations and the section between D and E stations based on the boarding rate detected by the train system 10, in the C station by corresponding to the respective stations, and displaying getting-off guidance of the respective stations.
