Embodiments include a system for providing a configurable user interface for displaying data in business and similar data type patterns. The system is designed to decouple the components relating to the user interface, business logic and persistent storage layers. Decoupling these components enhances the reusability of each component with other components or platforms and facilitates the update, customization and replacement of components in the system.
