Now-on-air information indicating the content of a broadcast signal being received is periodically received. When a keyword is detected from the now-on-air information, the broadcast signal is recorded. When the program video and program audio of the program is a program video and a program audio desired by the user, the program video and the program audio can be recorded. Thus, it is possible to easily record program video and program audio of the portion desired by the user among the program video and program audio which are broadcast.
