<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treating instrument for endoscope by which both of an endoscope operator and an assistant can perform the control of the treating instrument in response to a situation, and to provide an endoscopic system. <P>SOLUTION: This treating instrument 10 has a flexible insertion section 11. The insertion section 11 is tipped with a distal end treating section 12. The distal end treating section 12 can be operated by a first operation wire 15, and the first operation wire 15 is passed through the inside of the insertion section 11, and is fixed to a first driving force inputting means 26 which is provided on the proximal end of the insertion section 11. The first driving force inputting means 26 is connected with a second driving force inputting means 39 through a second operation wire 32.
