<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method of a standard 12 lead electrocardiogram with which an induction waveform of a part where electrodes are not attached is arithmetically computed with a prescribed conversion matrix by using a sub-set of an induction system of the standard 12 lead electrocardiogram and by attaching the minimum number of the electrodes so that the reconstruction of the standard 12 lead electrocardiogram can be simply executed with high precision, and a monitoring for appropriate diagnoses and treatments of various heart diseases can be accomplished easily and efficiently, and an electrocardiogram inspection apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The construction method of a standard 12 lead electrocardiogram is so constituted that, by the induction waveform which is obtained from the induction corresponding to an appendicular induction of an induction system with 10 electrodes in the standard 12 lead electrocardiogram and from the two or more inductions of a part of a thoracic induction sub-set of the above induction system, the induction waveform of the other part of the above thoracic induction sub-set is computed using the prescribed conversion matrix obtained by paying attention to an ST portion of the electrocardiogram and the standard 12 lead electrocardiogram is constructed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
