PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid cooling apparatus allowing components to be easily handled by effectively cooling the components generating heat in an electric system.

SOLUTION: This liquid loop cooling apparatus 100 according to one embodiment of this application includes: piping 102 enclosing an interior lumen within which a cooling fluid can circulate; a moveable cooling plate 104 rigidly coupled to the piping 102; and at least one flexible bellows 106 coupled to the piping 102 and flexibly enabling movement of the moveable cooling plate 104.
