摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a metal nanocrystal sulfide using a thiol compound as a sulfur precursor that is capable of manufacturing a nanoparticle with a uniform size, is capable of selectively obtaining a desired crystal structure and is capable of variously controlling the morphology to manufacture a metal nanocrystal sulfide. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method comprises causing the metal precursor to react with the thiol compound in a solvent to grow the metal crystal sulfide, thereby synthesizing it to a crystalline form or causing the metal precursor to react with the thiol compound to grow the metal crystal layer sulfide on the core, thereby synthesizing a nanocrystal of the core-shell structure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
